All tiles are subject to natural and expected variation in shade, size, texture and finish. These variations are inherent characteristics of ceramic, porcelain and natural materials and are not considered faults. Samples, images and displays are provided as a guide only and may not represent the exact appearance of the final product supplied.
All orders are subject to availability at the time of purchase. In the event a product becomes unavailable, we will advise as soon as possible and discuss suitable alternatives where applicable.
Returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase on most tiles and materials. Special Order, Clearance and discontinued items are non-returnable unless faulty.
We offer free delivery on all orders within a reasonable radius but if you are unsure, please don't hesitate to ask.
Customers are responsible for checking quantities, measurements, specifications and the suitability of products for their intended use before purchase and installation. We recommend allowing for an appropriate overage to cover cuts, breakages and future repairs.
While every effort is made to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, we reserve the right to amend or correct any errors or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Please inspect all goods carefully upon collection or delivery. Any damages, shortages or discrepancies must be reported as soon as possible and before installation.
Tiles must be checked prior to fixing. Claims relating to shade, batch, size variation or visible defects cannot be accepted once tiles have been installed. Installation is deemed acceptance of the product.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
